great base for exploring the heart of rome on foot

I found the hotel just a few steps away from fantastic local eateries like Infinity Caffe and Franz Burger. With landmarks like the Larger Gate only 500 meters away, I enjoyed leisurely walks to discover the fine sites of Rome's rich history.

Liked the location very close to a metro stop. Dined at Dodici Pose, it was at a short distance from the venue.

Our stay here was great, reasonable base for exploring Rome. The room was airy, spacious with hypo-allergenic pillows. The bed was very comfy, and it was convenient to have an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The location was great and nice, not too far away from Scala Sancta Sanctuary. Furthermore, close to the metro station...

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

spacious room, great security, convenient location

Signage for the password was unclear, could use clearer instructions for apartment access in the morning!!! The WhatsApp communication felt disorganized and confusing.

    poor soundproofing

Soundproofing in the room was subpar, walking around, and even coughing. The room felt a bit stifling without proper air conditioning, and two out of four beds weren't up to standard for adults with pillows that were too high and hard for children.

    fantastic location

    Highly recommend for families

Had such a great time, really! The location was convenient, and we found a fantastic coffee shop just around the corner for breakfast every morning- best way to start the day! Plus, the host was awesome, super communicative and helped us find local spots for dinner that were to die for!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly,, it was worth every penny!

    modern suite
    friendly host
    dark room
    unclear instructions
    limited dining options

The apartment was modern and stylish. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the host was friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood was a pleasant surprise, filled with charming local eateries like Trattoria Re di Roma and a bakery that served delicious pastries. The room felt a bit dark at times, and clearer instructions for accessing the apartment would have improved the experience.

The suite we stayed in was really big, giving us plenty of space to move around. 🛁 Having a bathtub in our own bathroom was a nice touch. Plus, this place is super well located - there's a bus stop nearby and the Lodi and San Giovanni metro stations are just a stone's throw away.

the staff are superbly friendly and affable and ready to help if you need anything. We like the good location - close to a metro station. 3. It's found in a very quiet area, close to many landmarks of Rome. Rewritten: The staff is incredibly friendly and always there to help if you need anything.
